Can I cancel monthly?
Yes. You pay monthly and are not tied to a long-term contract. If you cancel, your brand manual will remain available until the end of that month.
How long does it take to start up?
That depends on how many branded parts and people you have. During the intake we map everything out and immediately set aside a time for the design. Then all you have to do is invite.
Do I get support?
Yes. You speak to the people who organize your brand manual, not with a ticket number. If you have any questions about design, access or a missing file, please contact us.
Do I have to make my PDF style guide digital myself?
No. Deliver what you have: a PDF, a folder of files, an old textbook or a cloud drive. We transfer it to the portal for you, so you don't have to sort everything yourself.
Does it also work for multiple brands?
Yes. You place multiple brands next to each other, each with its own files, guidelines and access. This way they remain recognizable without getting mixed up.
